The number of homes SOLD in Springville during the first quarter of 2011 was 160 and 161 in 2012.  We had 152 homes sell in 2010 over this same period and 109 in 2009.  The number of home selling in Springville UT seem to be very stable.  Buyers have been looking at Spanish Fork Homes and Springville Homes for better bargains compared to Provo Homes and Orem Homes.

Average Price of Homes SOLD in Springville Utah

The average price of Homes SOLD in Springville Utah has been declining over the past five years. The average sold prices on homes in Springville are as follows:

2008: $200,327
2009: $205,996
2010: $181,489
2011: $172,090
2012: $176,964

As you can see the prices have been declining. However, from 2011 to 2012 we saw a slight increase. Prices stabilized in 2012 and have started to actually go up on homes sold in Springville Utah. I expect this trend to continue into 2013. The 2012 real estate market in Springville Utah has really broken the trend. Buyers seem more confident and they want to lock into a low interest rate. Many buyers think the interest rates will increase in 2013 or 2014. If interest rates increase it will have a negative effect on prices.
